Swan offers daily drop-in yoga classes in Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow. The venue organises specialised retreats in silent meditation, teachers' training, yoga and dance retreats.
Yoga philosophy is imbibed in the lifestyle at SWAN, being one of the very few retreats in India which involves fire cleansing ceremonies and homas as part of their yoga sessions.
Set inside open clay cottages, SWAN provides traditional Ayurvedic therapies and treatments such as Shirodhara, Abhyangam, Nasyam, Naravarkihi, Sirovasthi, Udvarthanam, Snehapanam, Kizhi, Dhanyamladhara, Kativasthi, Urovasthi and Thalam amongst others. The retreat also has facilities of a flotation tank and a herbal steam treatment room.
SWAN Yoga Retreat has a rustic natural setting for an experience in eco friendly, village-like accommodation surrounding a tropical jungle. The retreat is designed in six tiers, each echoing different stages of enlightenment.
There are different classes of accommodation options available; all decked in earthy hues and minimal colourful interiors. They offer basic amenities of an adjoining bath, hot shower, filtered drinking water, mosquito net and ceiling fans:
Organised in a row and named after the four brothers from the Indian scriptures of Ramayana, these rooms accommodate two guests in twin beds.
Named after the seven chakras, these east-facing rooms accommodate up to four guests in two double beds and offer a private patio with lounge.
Sitting on the top most tier of the property on a hill, these cottages provide a panoramic view of the surrounding jungle. Offering a king-size bed, private patio with lounge, they are most suited for couples.
For an authentic experience close to Mother Nature, guests may opt to stay in traditional Tipi tents, named after the three channels of nostrils - Ida, Pingala, and Shumna. Painted interiors compliment a clean canvas exterior. The tents can accommodate upto two guests on padded mattresses. Toilet facilities are provided for outside the tent and are shared.

With over fifteen years of experience in Indian philosophy, meditation and yoga, he is a living yogi - holds a Bachelor's degree in yogic science from SVYASA University, Bangalore, Certificate course from Bihar School of Yoga, Teachers Training from Sivananda Yoga Neyyar Dam Kerala, Course in Vedanta, Indian Philosophy from Divine Life Society Rishikesh and Sannyasa Course from Bihar School of Yoga under the guidance of his Guru Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati
Deep rooted in yoga traditions, having travelled to various countries conducting retreats and workshops, he now lives in Goa at the SWAN Yoga Retreat.
