The café is furnished with long wooden tables and benches, and a 'Chill-Out' area strewn with low tables, mattresses, pillows and throws.

CAFÉ & FOOD
Baba au Rhum prides itself on its healthy and robust sandwiches prepared with breads freshly baked at their own bakery. The bakery produces a large selection of breads, quiches and pastries every day. A wood-fired oven, meanwhile, dishes up delectable pizzas.
Another big draw here are their hamburgers- big, juicy and bursting with flavour, topped with grilled onions, molten cheese and nestled in freshly baked sesame buns. There are options for chicken and vegetarian varieties; while for the gluten intolerant, the burger bun may be substituted with a fresh green salad.
Also on the menu are a variety of hearty, healthy and leafy salads and fresh fruit juices. The staff here always recommends topping off all your meals with their signature deserts, baked fresh daily and sinfully tempting.
Since their inception, the bakery has been specializing in French breads and croissants. Recently, owing to the growing demand, the management recruited a European pastry chef to extend their offerings in the dessert selection. The Baba au Rhum pastry specialities are Mille Feuilles, Strawberry tart, Lemon tart and chocolate as well as coffee éclairs.
The Baba au Rhum bakery supplies to hotels, restaurants and super markets across Goa, as well as for large private orders (weddings, birthdays and more).

Conceived, developed and run by Leo Michaud and Dayini Feraud, Baba au Rhum opened in 2006 and has, over the years, created a niche for itself in Goa.
Baba au Rhum was founded at a time when North Goa’s busy beach towns offered limited dining options for its international visitors and global residents. What began as a small café set in a quaint neighborhood in Arpora serving sandwiches and salads, now has two popular outlets and its own bakery that supplies to the top restaurants and hotels in the area.
Baba au Rhum has been reviewed and featured in various national magazines and television programs. (Outlook Traveller, GQ India, NDTV, Nahvind Times et al).
